Leadership – Orlando Ojeda
Orlando Ojeda, President & Founder
Orlando has led the team at Full Circle Restoration and Construction Services, LLC for over 2 decades, as well as predecessor companies Aqua Removal Technologies, Moisture Removal Technologies, & Full Service Restoration. Full Circle is a leading Atlanta-based disaster restoration and reconstruction company with a premier list of clients. Prior to having his own company, Orlando was employed by former industry leader Cargocaire Engineering Corp., a Munters subsidiary, where he learned the specialty areas of disaster response and recovery, emergency mitigation, restoration, reconstruction, environmental moisture control, property insurance claims facilitation and insurance claim-related documentation. Orlando continues to learn, serve, and educate by participating in and supporting commercial and institutional customers and clients in positions of leadership with trade organizations like he has held on the Board of Directors for BOMA Georgia and as Secretary and Founding Member of the Georgia Bio Recovery Association (GaBRA).
Leadership – Dan Duke
Lawrence Dan Duke, CFO
Dan is a native of Atlanta with a business degree from Georgia State University. Dan began his career in business management with Equifax, Inc. During his ten-year employment with Equifax, Inc. he was focused on operational, “business start-up” and “business turn-around” assignments, mostly relating to businesses either acquired or being sold.
His assignments included acquisition responsibility in England and New Zealand. MMI Companies, Inc., a major healthcare and risk management organization, hired Dan to oversee the integration of operations of a service company they had purchased. His next seven years focused on acquisition and integration responsibility within the different businesses MMI Companies owned and sold, including companies such as American Continental Insurance Company. His career has been focused on managing service businesses toward continued improvement and profitability.
Since 2000, Dan has been responsible for strategic business decisions, operations, and finance management at Full Circle Restoration and Construction Services, LLC
Leadership – John Irvine
John Irvine, VP Sales/Marketing & Organizational Development
John is a seasoned sales/marketing and training professional with extensive experience in sales management, marketing, training, organizational development and client relationship management in the restoration and insurance industries and multi-unit retail management.
John has been a key member of leadership teams in a variety of different sized businesses from small companies to multi-billion dollar corporations. He is skilled in the development of strategic selling methodologies and tactical plan design targeted at growing revenue through both direct B2B client relationships and for B2B customers operating in a B2C environment.
John also has expertise in devising customized selling systems and marketing tactics, as well as managing and supporting direct selling in B2B environments. John uses a collaborative approach in developing sales training programs to support client-centric strategies and internal risk mitigation programs.
Since early 2009 John has been responsible for Customer Relationship Management, Sales Management, Marketing, Client Training, Continuing Education Training for the Commercial Real Estate and Insurance Industries and Organizational Development.
Leadership – Scott Mullis
Scott Mullis, VP Operation
Scott A. Mullis has over 20 years of experience in the restoration/construction industry. He is experienced in activities including strategic business planning, general business management, design and development of operational client support strategies and implementation of customer centric business plans including cost saving strategies to positively impact client and customer service and value without sacrificing operation expertise.
Scott has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds numerous certifications such as Restoration Industry of America (RIA) Certified Restorer (CR), RIA Water Loss Specialist (WLS), and the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Advanced Professional (LEED AP) to name a few. He has served on RIA’s Board of Directors and as the Chairman of the RIA Environmental Council.
He has combined operations and business development skills to contribute to the success of public and privately held businesses and national construction companies. His area of expertise entails department operations, workforce health and safety programs, healthcare construction and renovation, training and logistics.
Scott has trained construction companies around the U.S. in Infection Control and Prevention with collaboration from former Joint Commission Surveyors, ASHE instructors and Hospital Executive and Facilities Staff.
We are pleased to have added Scott to our team in early 2019, as we continue to grow our Operational Expertise and in an effort to enhance our levels of service.
