If your facility or home has not been surveyed, inspected, profiled or tested and it is unknown as to whether it contains Lead, contact Full Circle Restoration. If your facility or home was constructed before 1978 it is likely to contain lead-based paint possibly hidden under one or more coats of paint from later projects. According to the US EPA, renovation, repair, or painting work done in those facilities could release hazardous lead dust which can be harmful to you and your tenants, residents and guests. It is for this reason that Full Circle Restoration tests for lead prior to performing any activity that could disturb lead and create a cross contamination risk.

Additionally, Lead or other hazardous contaminants may be present in certain environments and in forms which may not be obvious to people unfamiliar with the facility or home. This is another reason why we recommend a call to Full Circle when you are dealing with an emergency mitigation situation or considering renovation or remodeling a structure.

If it is determined that we will move forward with remediation, this professional will prepare estimate(s), schedule the project, once it is into production, they will follow-up to schedule a third-party hygienist for clearance testing (if necessary) and prepare the associated supporting documentation and invoice(s).
